I have a number of Licensesd HMOs where there is no parking, however they are just next to a train station and so most of the tennats don’t actually own cars as they don’t need to. Is there hood public transport close to your properties? If so maybe this an argument you can use with your local council.

Excellent article, to the point, making it easier to understant.
I am planning to enter HMO market, just wondering if there is any source where I can get guidance on the financing and investing with minimum cash. Would appreciate if someone can provide links or name of genuine websites.

I wish I had read this a Year ago, But I think I would still have bought my hmo’s. They were run down but so were the tenants!.
Newly renovated! Now fully let! Only took 10months !! LOL!!!!

A very concise and to the point article of great worth. Although some factors have changed such as the market downturn and the apparent removal of self certifications for mortgages, all the points still are valid and well put.
