If you have any experience in investing you know that this type of investment likely doesn’t exist. Normally I strongly urge my investors to take a long hard objective view to supposedly too-good-to-be-true deals. It’s almost always the case that they are!

However, I’ve stumbled across a source of good quality investments that require very little activity on your part, and this source is actually a by-product of what I do with my Mastermind Group. The investors on my property mastermind programme are finding lots of below market value properties which occasionally they may not buy if they don’t fit their strategy (for example they may be out of their area).

Very often what is not suitable for one investor is very suitable for another, so if we are able to match both sides of the transaction than we have 2 happy investors! So I thought why not put the two together in such a way so that the my investors get paid for leads that they don’t want and maybe we could package these deals up so the armchair investor has to do no work but gets an instant 50% return on their investment.
