I have just finished reading your book and really enjoyed it. I would reccomend it to anyone who wants to seriously start investing as it is a pratical and simple guide.

As you know Mortgage Express are not doing back to back deal at the moment and they were the main lender that we used to use, however as I write this there is one lender who I am using for same day re-mortgages and there is another strategy where one lender will allow you to do a further advance once you have paid your first mortgage payment (which could be the next week). So there are strategies that can be used. The key is to have a very good mortgage broker as part of your power team.

There is always a way.
