I have had you book for a while and its an Outstanding resource for anyone wanting to get in to property investment.
Written with Simon’s Passion and Understanding.

I have recommended it to a few of my associates some of which have purchased it.
They agree with my comments and had never even thought of investing in property before.
Now is the ideal time – as it the safest thing to do with your savings!!
