property investors network is the leading provider of a range of education courses, seminars and other materials, such as books, CD's and DVD's that help anybody become a successful property investor. Simon Zutshi founded the organisation in 2003 and is the UK's No 1 Property Expert.
We are looking for a full time Customer Services Advisor who will be based in our offices in Erdington, Birmingham.
The main roles and responsibilities will be:
- To assist others in providing telephone call handling
- To serve as a direct point of contact for customers
- To provide ad hoc operational and administrative support
- To provide information in response to enquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints. To attend all client enquiries in an efficient, enthusiatic and professional manner
- To place follow up calls to Seminar attendees to gain feedback and upsell further products or courses
- To update the company Customer Relation Management system
- To answer e-mail enquiries in an eficient manner
- To send out broadcast information when appropriate
The successful candidate will be chosen not only for their knowledge or experience of such a role but also on their positive attitude to work, personal development and willingness to learn.
