Hi folks and a warm welcome to Manchester North pin. We meet the first Thursday of every month at The Village Hotel, Bury. We have a great mix of highly experienced landlords, mid-tier property landlords and of course total property newbies that attend the events. Everyone equally welcome.
Our fundamental belief is "Your Network is Your Net Worth" which makes these events the most valuable use of time for anyone wanting to increase their personal and family wealth through property.
A little about me......... I spent 20 years in the corporate world specifically in high growth sales and commercial roles and now operate a group of property businesses. Our core activities include being property developers specialising in multi-income, multi-let properties building wealth both for ourselves and our partners portfolios alongside managing over 700 properties for other people.
Within the pin environment I am, along with my business partner, a Property Mastermind Graduate the number 1 property training program in the UK where we were both awarded the coveted Top Performer award for our cohort. Outside of property I am dedicated to lifelong learning and attend every year some form of formal education and training.
Our personal investment patches operate in Greater London and Greater Manchester and we hope to openly share our experiences with all attendees while at the same time always learning from the same group.
But i'm only a small part of the network, you will get to meet our wonderful helping team whom are also vastly experienced in property and our regular resident power team members staying up to date with the best market products from the world of mortgage and finance alongside identifying market trends presented by specialist sales and lettings professionals.
