ATED (Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings) and what all property entrepreneurs should be doing - Mark Barrett
Almost no property investors or developers will or should pay ATED taxation, but many of you need to file an ATED return.
Every year, literally thousands of you are being fined for not filing your ATED returns on time (and it is a short time frame for filing). In this presentation Mark will be explaining all about ATED, and the compliance process that not only avoids the tax but also, when and how you should be filing your ATED return.
As Mark is the leading advisor to property entrepreneurs on all tax, strategy and business structure issues, there will be plenty of time for a Q&A session.
ALSO... The cherry on the cake; making the most of your investment - Peter Baker
Peter’s talk showcases the benefits and importance of furnishing your property to appeal to your target audience. It’s often an afterthought, however ensuring you have the right set-up from day one could improve your ROI and your occupancy rates, ultimately removing the stress of void periods and readvertising costs.
Here's what you will learn:
- Real life photos of how furnishing shouldn't be done
- Real life photos of how furnishing SHOULD be done!
- How to increase Serviced Accommodation occupancy rates from 25% by up to 80%
- How to increase Serviced Accommodation annual income by up to 403%
- How to increase HMO Annual Income by up to 47%
