National Virtual October 2026 Meeting

Welcome to the monthly National Virtual pin Meeting for both UK wide and International Investors who reside overseas and are looking to actively invest in the UK Property Market.

Networking and Education is key to becoming a successful property investor and gaining those important connections that you need to move forward in your property investing journey. This monthly meeting is an online networking event that will help you connect with like minded individuals to help you on your property journey.

We meet on Zoom on the 4th Wednesday of the month between 12 midday and 2 pm GMT (excluding August and December).

Your host for this meeting will be Andy Haynes, who is pin's Lead Trainer and a very experienced Property Investor. You will hear from property investors about how they have successfully invested in the UK and you will also learn from industry leading UK Property Experts along with Bite size strategies.

ALSO... Behind the Masterminder Deals - Daniel Higgins 

Each month we will have one of our Mastermind Graduates showcasing one of their property deals.  

This month, Daniel will be showcasing his Rent to Rent Serviced Accommodation in Horsforth which was their first project. Getting Horsforth up and running has enabled huge growth in putting theory into action.  As Daniel is working with his wife it has been a brilliant opportunity to spend time together working out what each of their skillsets are.  No project ever runs smoothly, especially the first, which has allowed them to develop problem and negotiating skills and engage the experience and expertise of their network in Leeds and from Daneil's Property Mastermind 38 group. 

AND... We will also have our National Mortgage update from our finance specialist, Bruce Mainwaring who will be present at every Meeting for his knowledge of expertise, networking and questions.
