My name’s Stuart Scott and I'm very privileged to be the host of the pin Brighton meeting.
Prior to entering into the property world I headed up innovation teams designing products and experiences for brands including Porsche, Microsoft, Gap, Nike, Tom Dixon and Penguin Random House. I helped build a number of successful award-winning businesses, including a creative agency and a product-design company.
My company Co-Living Spaces has been at the forefront of #TheColivingRevolution in the UK, inspiring many trends now popular in design-led HMOs. I am a No1 Amazon bestselling author with my book The Co-Living Revolution. I won the highly prestigious 2019 UK Property Developer of the Year and 2018 UK Property Investor of the Year for my work to pioneer change in the UK property market.
I have built a multi-million-pound portfolio in Brighton & Hove and the South-East of England, combining co-living HMOs, boutique aparthotels, single lets and commercial spaces. I have many years experience in delivering high-end refurbishments and complex commercial to residential developments. I am a regular on the public speaking circuit where I educate people on high-yielding property, design thinking and innovation.
