Hello, I am Simant Soni and am delighted to host Reading property investors network ‘pin’ meeting on 1st Tuesday of every month.
I have been running a successful IT consultancy in Network and Cyber Security for over 12 years now. During this time, I’ve also had a passion for property and realised how it can change our lives. So far, I have done single lets, R2R and HMOs, now focusing on commercial conversions and increasing my portfolio.
