Meet your pin host
Hi, we’re Adam and Abs Hassan, otherwise known as the Property Twins. We’re delighted to be the hosts at the popular Kensington pin (property investors network) meeting. We come together on the 2nd Wednesday of each month and warmly welcome new and regular faces to the meeting.
Firstly a little about us. We’re a pair of twin brothers with a passion for property, business development and helping others to make new strides with their professional ambitions. Adam is the older twin (by 5 minutes) and he began his professional career as a Pharmacist. Although being a valuable asset to his company, he found the profession restrictive and lacked the overall excitement he was looking for.
Abs on the other hand, worked in the advertising industry delivering creative campaigns for blue chip companies such as Google, Toyota & Kellogg's to name a very few. It was a fascinating profession but he knew he would not achieve the heights of success he and his brother had always wanted to achieve.
We have always had a deep fondness for property and for business. It was therefore natural to take the plunge into property and within a short time, we were able to leave our day jobs to run our property businesses. We invest and provide lettings and management services on a significant portfolio across London, as well as working on exciting property development projects.
My brother and I are strong believers in self-development and we regularly seek out advice and guidance from those who have been where we want to go. This is why we successfully completed Simon Zutshi’s Accelerator and 12 month Property Mastermind mentorship programme. We have also attended various other educational courses and simply love to learn and grow each day - professionally and personally.
What we resonate most with the pin network is the ethos of ‘win-win’ relationships. Integrity and honesty is a principle we have always lived by and we are always keen to help those who truly embody these values too.
The monthly Kensington meeting is a friendly and supportive community where everyone is welcome to learn and develop themselves at their own pace. Along with the networking, we have two superb speakers each night. The speakers openly tell our audience about their journey and give precious insights & case studies that can help you reach your own ambitions in property.
For those visiting us for the very first time at Kensington pin meeting, our friendly team will show you the ropes and help guide you through a pleasant and insightful evening. We’ll be on hand to answer any queries, explain any investing strategies and help welcome you to other new and existing attendants that evening.
