Veronica Franks is an experienced Property Investor of over twenty years. In recent years she has evolved from a Buy to Let “hobby” investor to growing her property business to incorporate HMOs and flip projects. She loves networking with others and sharing experiences.
Veronica’s professional background is in operations management for a number of industries. When she was at a career crossroads in 2018 she decided to pursue property full time. Also recognising the need to professionalise their “hobby,” Veronica completed the 12 month Mastermind Programme 25 in 2019 and has since expanded her business to include developing HMOs and flips, as well as continuing to manage her Buy to Lets.
Veronica has worked successfully with investors and Joint Venture Partners and is also a SSAS Pension trustee.
During her presentation she will share with you her years of experience of owning, running and refurbishing properties from a distance. Through case studies she will get into the real practicalities of remote investing.
