National virtual pin Meeting
Wednesday 4th August 6pm to 9pm
We don't normally host local pin Meetings in August, but this year we are delighted to announce the return of our National pin Meeting! Not only are we expecting 1,000 investors from all over the UK and around the world, but we’ll also be joined by an international guest speaker and a data driven property market expert who will be helping you with your property goals and sharing market predictions for the next 12 months.
However, we believe this will be a chance for enhanced networking as you will see when you participate.
Hosted by Christine Hertoghe on the 4th Thursday of every month. Attendees can expect first class speakers and great networking opportunities.

Never run out of money for your projects again - Sarah Rapley
From Joint Ventures to Vendor Finance via Angel Investors and SSAS funds, Sarah will be explaining the benefits and the challenges for these funding options. Using case studies of her own portfolio she will show you how you too could use all these options to help you expand or start your portfolio or simply invest in someone else’s project.
Kent pin host, Sarah Rapley, started investing in property 15+ years ago but only bought one single let flat. Along with her husband, Martin, they decided to invest in their education and joined Simon Zutshi's Property Mastermind Programme in 2013. Since then they have built a portfolio of Single Lets, HMO’s and completed commercial conversions as well as building a Refurbishment training and consultancy business.
Since 2014 Sarah & Martin have also been hosts of the Kent pin where they enjoy helping other investors on their journeys.
ALSO..... Fast and efficient removal of tenants - Irvine Pickett - Court Enforcement Services
In what have been unprecedented times the issue of problem tenants is something that has over the last 18 months had an impact on many landlords. During his presentation, Irvine will cover:
- Everything you need to know about evicting residential tenants
- We will cover the process from start to finish
- Issuing your initial evictions notice
- Applying for a Possession Order
- Instructing Bailiffs/High Court Enforcement Officers
Irvine will discuss the CORRECT process to follow, the regular pitfalls that are encountered and how to avoid them, saving you potentially £1,000’s as well as time and hassle.
