What experience does my coach have?
All coaches on the 12-month Property Mastermind Coaching Programme are experienced property investors with years of hands-on success. They’ve completed a wide range of deals and bring thousands of hours of direct coaching experience. Each coach has also completed the pin Coaching Accreditation Scheme, which is endorsed by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) so you can be confident you’re in good hands.
How much time do I need to commit to the programme?
That’s up to you but like anything worthwhile, the more you put in, the more you’ll get out. You’ll have two 30-minute coaching calls per month, along with access to online training, pin Meetings, and implementation exercises. Most people find that a few focused hours each week is enough to make consistent progress.
Who will my coach be?
We’ll carefully match you with one of our expert coaches based on your goals, strategy, experience level, and personality. You’ll work closely with the same coach throughout the programme, building trust and gaining support tailored specifically to you and your journey.
Is everything delivered online?
Yes, the coaching sessions, online training, and support are all delivered virtually, so you can access them from anywhere. You’ll also have the chance to attend a live in-person event (either Property Magic Live or Strategy Implementation Live) included in your programme.
What happens if I miss a call or fall behind?
We understand that life can get in the way sometimes. You’ll be supported to stay on track, and your coach will help you get back into momentum if things slip. This programme is about progress, not perfection and we’re here to help you make it work.

From there, we’ll carefully match you with the right coach for your goals and experience. Then it’s time to book your first session a focused 90-minute strategy call to set a clear direction and action plan. After that, you’ll be able to schedule your two monthly coaching calls at times that suit you. You’ll also get instant access to the full 10-module online property training and can start attending any of the monthly pin Meetings to expand your knowledge and grow your network.
