This has been designed especially for International Investors who reside overseas and are looking to actively invest in the UK Property Market.

His marketing insights will help you to better understand how to attract serious investors into your property business, how to stand out in a crowded market and how to find property deals to feed you property business.

AND... Overseas Investor Case Study - Michael Royaards

Property investing in the UK isn’t always straightforward — it can feel more like navigating unknown terrain and Michael Royaards will walk us through how that is from am international perspective.

Michael will take us through his BRRR HMO project, now coming to an end, and share the real lessons learned along the way: financing structures, commercial versus residential valuations, construction challenges, and the importance of building a strong local power team with consistent on-the-ground oversight.

Alongside his property activities, Michael works in the Defence IT industry focused on naval systems, is a forester and nature guide, and manages a socially focused portfolio of 52 properties in Amsterdam for elderly residents
