The Co-Living Revolution: Don't miss out on the biggest opportunity in professional shared living for a decade! Stuart Scott
The professional shared living market is changing and this provides a unique opportunity for you to create a product that outperforms the market. The timing is perfect to negotiate some amazing deals and create shared living that is light years ahead of your competition. We have been pioneering The Co-Living Revolution in the UK since its inception as part of our mission to drive change in the property industry.
Co-Living has enabled us to break rental ceilings, remain oversubscribed with a waiting list of customers and achieve maximum valuations upon refinance. Don't miss out on this life changing chance of a decade to capitalise on the opportunity.
Co-Living has the ability to achieve your financial goals faster, with projects that you are proud of and that also improving people’s lives!
In this seminar you will learn:
- Why now is the best opportunity for a decade!
- Answers to the 5 key problems investors have to overcome.
- The 2 often missed parts of the Co-Living model that are game changing.
- How anyone can create desirable spaces, regardless of design experience.
- The most important thing to ensure your rooms always get sold before the competition.

ALSO.. How I bought a 48 bed Super HMO with none of my own money - Richie Miller
Richie started investing in property 5 years ago after reading ‘Property Magic’. After completing MM24 he now has experience in single lets, SA units and HMO’s. To get started he used the R2R strategy and his own money, before using other people’s money and working with JV partners. This started him on a journey of self-improvement that has allowed him to go on and buy his third property, a 48 bed Super HMO with none of his own money.
He is in the process of transitioning out of full-time employment with the Army to work on his property portfolio full time, while also helping others change their lives through personal development and property investing.
During Richie's presentation you will learn:
- What is the difference between a gamble and a calculated risk?
- Having the correct mindset is the difference between where you are now and where you want to be.
- The importance of deciding to do something different.
- How to maximise the leverage of other people’s time and skills – for when your own time is short.
- To ‘go where the air is thinner.’ Why and how he jumped from a 6 bed HMO to a 48 bed HMO.
