National virtual pin Meeting
Wednesday 4th August 6pm to 9pm
We don't normally host local pin Meetings in August, but this year we are delighted to announce the return of our National pin Meeting! Not only are we expecting 1,000 investors from all over the UK and around the world, but we’ll also be joined by an international guest speaker and a data driven property market expert who will be helping you with your property goals and sharing market predictions for the next 12 months.
However, we believe this will be a chance for enhanced networking as you will see when you participate.

Watford February 2022 Meeting
The pain and gain of a life in property - Ankie Bell
With over 15 years experience in property, from single lets to HMO’s to commercial conversions, and more recently Holiday Lets, Ankie has learnt a lot over the years.
They built up several high value property assets in a short period of time, around 2 years. They learnt a lot, about commercial conversions, vendor finance, raising private finance, project management and running a holiday let business.
What Ankie didn’t do, and didn’t focus on was to look after herself in the process and early in 2020 her wheels fell off! She broke down and struggled to function. Over a process of many months, she had to re-learn how to prioritise, how to plan her day how to look after herself and her family first.
The lockdown period helped a lot in being forced to re-structure and re-think how she did things. To leave some things and not allow FOMO to drive my decisions.
Coming out of the pandemic, we know the business model for the holiday let business will fly once restrictions are lifted and having learnt to re-focus and re-prioritise, its there that my time and efforts are now spent.
Ankie's talk is honest about the trials she faced and the mistakes made, especially during most recent years – with the lessons learnt to pass on and share further.
ALSO....How a professional footballer used property to negate his financial difficulty - Martyn Woolford
At this month’s pin meeting, Martyn Woolford, talks about how he has earned a healthy amount of money over the years but came close to bankruptcy and how, thanks to property he got himself into a secure position.
His presentation is aimed at stressing the importance of taking full responsibility of your finances and knowing where your money is invested.
Martyn will also run through his property businesses and highlight some of his property case study projects.
