Electrician to Property Developer/Project Manager - Sian Shepphard
Sian is a property developer who started as an Electrician. She has been in the construction industry for over 9 years, before shifting her career into becoming an entrepreneur as a landlady.
In this presentation Sian will share with you how she went from being an apprentice in the construction industry to, owning a busy restaurant and then becoming full time in property.
From starting off working overseas and living the life of Riley, it wasn’t until Sian came back to the UK and realised she needed to get a “proper” job and followed in her mothers footsteps of becoming an Electrician from then on carrying out a refurbishment of a commercial property she found herself to be an accidental landlady but not the type as what some may think.
Sian will share some tips and tricks throughout the presentation giving you examples of challenges she has been presented with in the property world and construction industry.
