£55k Profit PA Using a Rent to Rent Property Strategy

In this Property Success Story, Tony Aboaba from Essex displays How to Become a Successful Property Investor, using Rent to Rent, creating an ongoing £55k profit pa whilst on Simon Zutshi’s 12 month Property Mastermind.

As a Former Quantity Surveyor, Tonu was keen to generate income without having to leave work completely, Property Investing would offer her the opportunity to work part-time. She began Property Consultancy, joining Property Mastermind to invest in HMO’s (Houses of Multiple Occupation) that would increase her asset base.

Yet with rising Interest Rates in the UK, Tonu found focusing on Rent to Rent  HMO Property difficult and switched her focus to Rent to Rent Serviced Accommodation, and eventually revisited this Property Strategy as Serviced Accommodation Management.

An example of her Property Portfolio includes Tonu’s Rent Serviced Accommodation Deal, which originally started off as a Rent to Rent Serviced Accommodation property. Yet after receiving an incredible offer which allowed it to become a Cash Flow Positive Property of £9k profit pa, she decided to switch it into a R2BTL.

How can you also begin to Generate Wealth Through Property Investment?

Tonu summarises her Investing for Beginners advice by stating how you should never let obstacles get in your way, play to your strengths and size up every opportunity. The falling property market represents an incredible property investing opportunity when you have the correct property education, especially with more and more landlords selling up.
