Meet your pin host
Hello everyone, we are Michele Oldfield and Alice Franklin and we are very pleased to be your hosts at the Bristol pin meeting held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.
We are a mother-daughter duo and are partners in our company Strada Property Investments.
Michele’s background is Head of IT for a Global company, running Global business programmes. She decided to follow her passion for property and use her transferable skills to set up Strada back in 2020.
Alice has a sport coaching and linguistics background before beginning her career in property. She has a big interest in property investment and running projects and is in the process of setting up her own business designing the interiors of investment properties for landlords and property developers.
Being in partnership together is an absolute dream which happened accidentally. We both seemed to be on very different paths until COVID struck and we decided to go into business together and started it all off by joining Simon Zutshi’s Mastermind program, class of MMV2.
We are active in property and love interacting with others and sharing knowledge and experience. We are happy to connect and love helping others get started in property. We recently ran the Cheltenham and Gloucester pin meetings for 2 years and met so many people on all different parts of their property journey. We loved it so couldn’t miss the opportunity to host the Bristol pin meeting
We have found pin meetings to be so incredibly valuable since starting in property and we both love that no two meetings are the same. As hosts, we carefully pick our speakers to offer new as well as timeless ideas and strategies to help enhance everyone’s property knowledge. However, the most important part for us is the networking. You never know who you’re going to meet at each meeting, there is such a wealth of knowledge and experience in that room, it’s truly priceless.
