David has been involved in property for over 25 years and has extensive knowledge and experience of the property market across the central belt of Scotland.  He has also worked and lived with his family in Edinburgh and East Lothian for his entire life.
 

During this time, previously as an investment manager and independent financial advisor, David has helped countless clients and customers not only with their finances but both sell their existing home and find their new “dream home” too. Many of the lovely people he has worked for over the years have become great family friends as a result of the financial and property journey he has walked with them!
 
As you can probably imagine, David has witnessed many changes in the property industry over the last three decades however the one change that particularly concerns him

 is the continued decline in customer service or the “customer experience” that characterises many people’s perception of the estate agency profession.
 
David's objective is to transform that experience for anyone who entrusts him with the sale or purchase of one of their most valuable assets. Unlike many estate agents, his entire focus will be on the needs and requirements of his clients and customers who he will work with on a personal basis and will be their sole point of contact throughout their property journey. David shall only be working with a relatively small number of clients so that he is able to provide a truly personal, professional and bespoke property service and will be with you every step of the way and at all times.
