Lyndsay Yuill

Hello, my name is Lyndsay Yuill and I am your host of Edinburgh pin held on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

I am happily married with two amazing sons. I did a degree in Psychology at Stirling University then moved back to West Lothian where I set up my own lettings business.

In 2012, I merged my own successful property management and lettings agency with RentLocally, joining the board as Sales Director. We built our own software system and franchised out the company. We have also progressed into estate agency and business acquisitions. My goal is to drive the company's growth throughout Scotland.

My personal goal is to grow my property portfolio through refurb/flips to BTL's.

I enjoy pin networking as I learn something new every time I go there. The pin team and guest speakers have such extensive knowledge of their professional fields, they have all the property bases covered and I find it really helpful to have access to such a diverse level of expertise.

Whether you are just beginning your property journey or are an experienced investor the answer to any of your questions is in this room. We also run many courses which can help you begin your property journey. We welcome all newcomers and familiar faces. The meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month at Novotel Edinburgh Park with networking starting at 6.00 pm.
