Purchased in a Grade A area within Sheffield, the current value of Rob’s House of Multiple Occupancy today is £295,000, with a GDV of £400,000. Rob had managed to fund the Property Deal through a Private Investor Loan, alongside securing a 5 Year Guaranteed Rent Agreement. This HMO Deal currently generates £840 pcm but is estimated to achieve an impressive £1,200 cash flow once Phase 1 & 2 of the property is complete.

Rob stresses the value of joining Simon’s programme, being part of MM30 pushed him to carry out key actions with his Lease Agreement, leading to ultimate Property Success.
