Mains

Option 1 Beef two ways (Steak and ale pie, roasted beef) Yorkshire pudding with a sweet Guinness sauce

Option 2 Warm savoury pastry tart with caramelised red onion, roasted cherry tomato with a chive sauce Ve V

Option 3 Sweet potato, asparagus and sweet pea risotto topped with roasted tomato Ve V

Desserts

Option 1 Trio of profiteroles filled with Chantilly cream served in a brandy snap basket finished with Baileys and dark chocolate sauce
