ALSO...Social Housing - Secure your assets against The Renters Rights Bill 2025 - Lisa Becker
Lisa started in property at 17yrs old at the end of the 1980’s, and brings a wealth of experience from various markets. Working directly for National house builders including Barretts, Wimpey, and Taylor Woodrow, working with, and for both corporate and independent estate agents in both sales and letting. Alongside holding management and director roles throughout the M1 corridor, she has also worked in business development in the international Telecoms sector. Using her entrepreneurial skills Lisa created a number of businesses which led to becoming a government contractor, turning over one million pounds in seven months.
During Covid while as a small independent she explored the option of letting landlords property via The Housing Network; a provider of social housing working with 35 councils and The Ministry of Justice. It was such a success having regular payments, lower voids and happy landlords. A win, win all round. So much so, that in 2022 she joined The Housing Network direct.
During Lisa's presentation she will cover:
- How renting to a Social Housing provider can secure your assets against the The Renters Rights bill 2025
- Options of letting your property via a Social Housing provider
- Compliance requirements
- Benefits and things to consider
