Stuart Ross

I'm originally from Australia and bought my first house in 1993 and saw it triple in value and pay itself off at the same time. I thought this was great so I wanted to do more but didn't know how. I read Simon's book "Property Magic" and was inspired to join the Mastermind course. From doing that course I was able to grow my property portfolio while I was working in investment banks.

Clapham October 2019 Meeting

How to build your property wealth by working with Housing Associations and Local Authorities - Sarah Walker

Sarah has worked in Local Authority and Housing Associations for over 25 years. She has a wealth of experience to share, and will give you some quick wins in how to build your property wealth by working with Local Authorities and Housing Associations.

Contrary to popular belief this is not just the world of working with tenants on Housing allowance (Housing Benefit) but Sarah will show you numerous other ways to work with these organisations to help you on your journey.  This will Include a case study where one standard 4 bedroom house is generating in excess of £1,000 per week in revenue.

This strategy is not for the faint hearted but can reap amazing rewards for those that are prepared to be open minded about working with Housing Associations and the Local Authority to meet Housing Need.

ALSO.... 6 Steps to Creating Brand Equity - Graham Caldow

Brand equity is the value a consumer attaches to a brand above and beyond the actual product or service.

By developing strong brand equity, you can drive the buying decisions of your customers so that, given a choice, they will choose your brand over others. Brand equity can also help you to use premium pricing and create a ‘halo effect’, so you can offer additional products or services.

During Graham's presentation he will share, from personal experience of creating 3 brands, the steps he had used to start to build brand equity in his property business brand.

You will learn:
1.    How to create your brand history around your story and your why
2.    Why clear brand values are essential
3.    How to distinguish your brand from other brands
4.    How to make your brand easy to find online
5.    What brand personality is
6.    How to grow your brand assets.

Whether you are just starting your business or you run an established business, this talk will help you hold a mirror to how others perceive you and your company. It will make you consciously consider your own brand equity.
