Hello, and welcome to the Clapham property investors network. My name is Karina Beasley, and I’m the host of the monthly meetings held on the 1st Wednesdayday of every month.

A bit about me - I’m in design and property. I’m a people person, creative thinker, a dreamer with an entrepreneurial streak, simple as that, and I love building connections, making great things happen. Looking forward to meeting you soon! I’ve spent the majority of my life working in and with creative agencies. Primarily building and developing ‘brands’ - big and small, global to start- ups. Working with the creme de la creme of agencies in London. I love good design - simple, tasteful, effective, impactful, sustainable, and creating the best experience.

And I wanted to bring this thinking to my property journey but keeping it simple. After completing Simon Zutshi’s Property Mastermind Programme (class of MM27), Bbhaus was born, a R2R strategy in London, creating ’smart shared living’ spaces for young professionals. We’ve done it so well, many are still there after 4 years. And we’ve launched Lettings by Bbhaus - proper property management in London and around.

The Clapham monthly pin Meetings offer a fantastic environment for investors to share knowledge and experience, and many successful business relationships have been formed at these meetings. It is a place for those just starting out as well as for those more experienced, to meet with like-minded people in an educational environment. Every month you can meet experienced property experts, including solicitors, estate agents, letting agents, mortgage brokers and building tradesmen, all of whom can help you achieve your property goals.
