From Greenkeeper to 400+ Deals: Building a Multi Property Business in Scotland - Kyle Black 

Kyle Black is the founder and co-director of BLK Property Group, a multi business property company in Glasgow he started in 2020. Before that he was a greenkeeper. No money, no contacts, no property experience. Six years on, BLK runs three arms: property sales, lettings and management, and sourcing and investment. Kyle has sourced over 400 deals for clients and built a personal buy to let and development portfolio of over £6m across Glasgow.

Almost all of it came from being visible. Kyle built BLK by putting the work out publicly, showing the real numbers, the refurbs and the mistakes, and letting people get to know him before they ever picked up the phone. Investors, vendors, joint venture partners and staff have all come through the same door. In this session he shows exactly how he did it, and how anyone in the room can do the same from wherever they are starting.
