Steven Clark bought his first BTL in 2006 as a second-year engineering apprentice on £4.36 per hour. With little capital and help from friends and family, he rolled up his sleeves to learn all he could on property renovations. Repeating the process again in early 2008. Later in 2008, the financial crisis made it a bumpy start to his investment career.
Picking up repossessed properties in 2009 Steven started adding in property flips to his investment strategy. With a strategy of mixing flips and adding properties to his BTL portfolio Steven done this until 2016 where he then quit his engineering career in the oil & gas industry to go full-time in the property.
Since then Steven has scaled his property portfolio to around £10m in value.
During Steven's presentation, you will be able to learn how you can use social media to assist you in scaling a property portfolio. Building a personal brand online has hugely helped Steven grow his portfolio, from attracting opportunities, private investors and joint venture partners.
Steven will be sharing tips on how to get started on social media, how to position yourself online and how to attract the opportunities you are looking for.
