ALSO....Fairy Tales in Property - Mike Q Hainsworth
MikeQ and his wife Olga have been building their property portfolio since 2012 after they read Rich Dad Poor Dad and later Property Magic.
They built a portfolio of BTLs (Buy to Lets) and HMOs (House of Multiple Occupation) across the UK with a focus in the Leeds/Bradford area.
Since the mid 90s they have worked in start ups and corporates, in IT, finance and banking in the UK and overseas. Their accumulated learning and experience and entrepreneurial nature led them to start their first company in 2010, which has led to ventures in Cyber Security, Crypto Currency, GDPR, Training and Trading. It has given them the freedom to pursue expanding their property portfolio and a unique means to raise capital.
Their passion is working with like-minded property investors and professionals, building solid working relationships and in their role as York pin Hosts helping others with their property journey.
Fairy Tales in Property is about their journey, what they learnt and where some of the pit falls lie. GDPR is an element of the ever increasing regulation that is hitting the property industry and Mike walks through what is actually needed.
