My name is Vicky Sherwood and I’m delighted to be the host of the Northampton pin Meeting, held on the first Thursday of every month.

By day I work in the pharmaceutical industry, and in my spare time I’m a passionate property investor. My property journey began in 2020 when I became an 'accidental landlord' after relocating from the UK to Ireland. Renting out our home whilst we were abroad taught me a powerful lesson - that property can provide a steady income whether you’re working or not.

When my husband and I returned to the UK, we decided to sell that first property to create seed capital to reinvest in higher cash-flowing assets. Since then, we’ve focused on both HMOs and serviced accommodation, creating beautiful, high-quality spaces for people to live and stay. I’m also a proud participant in the Property Mastermind Programme, learning from some of the best in the business and continually developing my knowledge and confidence as an investor.
