How I retired aged 32 through investing in property - Sara Poskitt
Sara is based in in Leeds, West Yorkshire and has over 15 years of experience in transforming under utilised properties into high-value residential, commercial, and mixed-use spaces.
Sara's journey began with building a £2 million HMO portfolio between 2008 and 2018, a milestone that allowed her to replace her income from her corporate career and retire at just 32 years old. Since then, she has expanded into larger developments across Yorkshire, specialising in commercial to residential conversions and multi-unit developments such as blocks of apartments and commercial spaces. To date, Sara has successfully developed over £5 million in property projects, with an exciting £7 million currently in progress.
Sara's approach is unique, focusing on unlocking the hidden potential in properties through a deep understanding of local market needs, innovative renovation strategies, and portfolio reconfiguration that maximises both profitability and efficiency. She believes everyone deserves the opportunity to shape their future, and is passionate about helping others realise that potential.
