Mark along with his wife Christine are property entrepreneurs who use Purchase Lease Options (PLO) and Homes of Multiple Occupation (HMO) to create cash flow. They are from sales and accountancy backgrounds and have been able to build a portfolio.
They are currently on Simon Zutshi's Mastermind Programme and have accomplished other strategies however they concentrate on PLO's and HMO's for cash flow.
