We don't normally host local pin Meetings in August, but this year we are delighted to announce the return of our National pin Meeting! Not only are we expecting 1,000 investors from all over the UK and around the world, but we’ll also be joined by an international guest speaker and a data driven property market expert who will be helping you with your property goals and sharing market predictions for the next 12 months.

From Pitch to Property: Navigating new industries and transferable skills - Martyn Woolford
At this month’s pin meeting, Martyn Woolford, talks about how he has earned a healthy amount of money over the years but came close to bankruptcy and how, thanks to property he got himself into a secure position.
His presentation is aimed at stressing the importance of taking full responsibility of your finances and knowing where your money is invested.
Martyn will also run through his property businesses and highlight some of his property case study projects.

In this presentation, ex professional footballer, Danny O’Brien will share with you his journey over the past 3 years investing in property, and finding his passion for using property to help people in need.
Danny started off his property investing through purchasing BTL properties, and has most recently moved strategy to Serviced Accommodation, the reasons why will be explained in detail by Danny from his own personal experience.
The presentation is to show new and inspiring investors and property people that you have to start somewhere, and you have to grow, learn, enjoy the good times and thrive in the more difficult times. He explains how important mindset is, and how using regret from previous careers and be used for good and to keep pushing forward.
Danny will also be sharing with you how he uses Serviced Accommodation to help people in need, and how using this strategy is a win, win, win situation.
