An active investor himself, he runs a block of 9 apartments on serviced accommodation in Southport, flips property, and has a small buy-to-let portfolio in Liverpool.
He’s advised thousands of investors across the UK on funding and strategy and is currently advising Simon Zutshi and Hanif Khan on funding for the new Universal Credit scheme as well as several other strategies yet to be announced.
