Zoe has a Portfolio of commercial property comprising of office with flat above and nearly 4 acres on industrial estates comprising of warehousing / garages. she is currently In the process of setting up a self storage site with shipping containers on a just over half acre site when the tenant leaves in 12 months with a view to then acquiring further sites for self storage.
Zoe has properties held in a Will Trust to protect those assets of which she is a trustee so has over 3 years experience of managing a rental portfolio held in trust. Zoe also has a keen interest in energy projects - just need the government to invest into the infrastructure needed!
