Hi, we are Dan and Sharon Dawson and we are really excited to be the hosts of York pin.

We’ve had a love of property for many years and started our investing back in 2008 with the purchase and renovation of our first home. We now invest in single lets in the North East and are moving into supported living in York and surrounding areas.

We’ve run a successful event technology company for the past 20 years, which we have grown to a 7 figure business. Having completed the year long Property Mastermind Programme, we are now concentrating on developing our property portfolio.

We have a wealth of knowledge in business and property, and look forward to helping you on your property journey.

The whole of the York pin team have many years of experience and whether you are looking to buy your 1st property, or your 101st, we’d love you to join us. We meet on the 3rd Wednesday of the month and have a changing program of the best speakers on a range of property topics. Come along to meet like-minded investors and grow your network.
