Can I join if I’m new to property investing?
Yes. We’ve helped thousands of first-time investors go from confusion to clarity and start taking action. With monthly meetings, expert Q&As, and beginner-friendly training, you’ll have the support you need to get started and keep moving forward.
What are the membership costs?
We offer three flexible membership options:
- pin member: £15/month or £150/year
- pin plus: £47/month or £470/year
- pin pro: £97/month or £970/year
Each level includes a range of benefits to match your experience and investment goals. You can upgrade or change tiers at any time.
How long is the membership commitment?
The pin member plan is a rolling monthly or annual subscription, which you can cancel at any time.
Both pin plus and pin pro are 12-month commitments, whether paid monthly or annually. These plans are designed to support investors who are serious about taking action and getting results over the longer term.
You’re welcome to upgrade your membership at any time and you’ll gain immediate access to the additional benefits. Downgrades take effect at the end of your contract term.
What’s the difference between the membership tiers?
Each tier gives you access to live meetings, expert support and investor training but the higher levels include more events, deeper support and exclusive extras like strategy calls and ticket access to premium workshops. You can see the full comparison above on this page.
Can I roll over, transfer, or get a refund for my monthly pin meeting membership if I can’t attend?
No. Monthly pin meeting memberships cannot be rolled over, credited, or refunded if you are unable to attend a specific meeting.
However, you are welcome to attend any other pin meeting within the same calendar month, subject to availability. This gives you flexibility if your usual location is not convenient for a particular date.

Yes, absolutely. If you’re not sure which membership is right for you, our support team is here to help. We’ll guide you based on where you are in your property journey and what you’re looking to achieve.

Can I bring a guest (such as my spouse or business partner) to meetings as part of my membership?
Your pin membership is for your personal use only and gives you access to meetings, events, and resources as outlined in your membership level. If your spouse, partner, or a business colleague would also like to attend regularly, they will need their own membership or purchase a guest ticket for each meeting. This keeps the community fair and ensures that every attendee gets the same access to benefits, networking and support.
Can I cancel my membership?
If you’re on the pin member plan, you can cancel at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual), and you won’t be charged again.
For pin plus and pin pro, a 12-month minimum commitment applies. You can cancel at the end of your 12-month term, but early cancellations are not available due to the nature of the benefits included.

By cancelling, you accept that a three-month rejoin restriction applies.
