Access our specialist virtual events for only £1 each—normally priced between £297 and £1,497. Held once a month and lasting between one to three days, these events provide in-depth training on critical property investment topics, from cash flow strategies to long-term wealth creation and investment lifecycle management. Join live from anywhere in the world, or watch the recordings at your convenience with lifetime access as long as you remain a Pro member. For hybrid events (offered both virtually and in person), you also have the option to upgrade to a physical ticket for yourself and up to two guests at a substantial discount, letting you experience the event in a way that best suits you.
Weekly deal analysis calls
Join expert-led deal analysis calls every Thursday evening, where you’ll work with property experts and fellow members to evaluate your investment opportunities. What is included in each membership level?
Essential: Unlimited access to pin Meetings, a subscription to YPN magazine, monthly webinars, a Success Accelerator Masterclass with Simon Zutshi, and access to our community platform on Skool.
Pro: All Essential benefits, plus £1 access to monthly virtual events and extended training sessions covering advanced property topics.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership level?
Yes, you can change your membership level at any time to suit your needs. Simply call the office on 0121 228 2223 to upgrade, downgrade, or manage your membership.
Is there a minimum term?
No, My Property Network is a flexible monthly membership, so you can cancel anytime. There’s no long-term commitment required.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
If you cancel, you’ll retain access to My Property Network benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I access pin meetings without a membership?
Yes, non-members can attend individual pin Meetings for £25 per meeting. However, with My Property Network, you get unlimited access to these meetings, offering greater value and flexibility.
How do I access the virtual training events in the Pro memberships?
Each month, Pro members can join our specialist virtual events for just £1. Events are live-streamed, but recordings are also available for members to watch at their convenience, for as long as they’re a member.
How do I access the Success Accelerator Masterclass?
All Essential and Pro members receive access to a monthly 30-minute Success Accelerator Masterclass led by Simon Zutshi. You’ll receive an email each month with details on how to join the session live or watch the recording.
