Property Success from HMO Property Investing in the UK

In this inspirational Property Success interview, from Simon Zutshi’s flagship Property Live Event, Joanne Sainsbury talks through the Property Deals she had achieved using the valuable Property Education from Property Mastermind (MM29).

Joanne begins by elaborating on her background prior to her Property Training with Simon, highlighting how her interest in UK Property Investing led to her reading Property Magic and registering for Simon’s HMO Property Investment course.

With her main Property Strategy being HMO Property (House of Multiple Occupancy), she explains how she got involved with her First HMO Property. Joanne had originally bought what she refers to as a ‘Smelly House’ on a Bridge to Let at £156k, which she then successfully converted into a 5 Bed HMO. This now achieves a net income of £1,275 per month and a 21% Return on Investment.

Another great Property Case Study is her 4 Bed HMO Conversion for adults with learning difficulties, which generates an impressive net income of £1,250 and a 22.4% ROI.

Alongside her HMO Property Investing examples, Joanne has also utilized Property Investing strategies such as Rent to Rent, Serviced Accommodation and ‘Lend and Learn’ with a successful Single Let Property.

Joanne’s Property Tips and Tricks include having a Property Power Team in place alongside telling people what you do. Simon stresses the importance of telling others, ‘I help people who need to sell their properties quickly, and I help investors get a great return on their money’, when building your Property Portfolio.
