Peter Young showcases how he has managed to generate an impressive rental profit of £6,304 per month, over the last 12 months on Simon Zutshi’s Property Mastermind.

Mechanical engineer, Peter Young, was concerned about the risks to his income from being a contractor, and so he wanted to generate a more stable income from his property investing.

Now as Serviced Accommodation, he has managed to increase that to a profit of £1.6k per month, with a 89% Return On Investment (ROI).
