Nicknamed “The Landlord’s Friend,” Paul has co-authored two books with property expert Kate Faulkner and continues to offer practical advice to landlords nationwide.

Suzi Carter is a Chartered Surveyor with nearly 30 years of experience in commercial and residential property. She has held senior roles with major UK companies, including CBRE and B&Q, and was previously a Director at Land Sec PLC, managing a £2.7bn shopping centre portfolio.

In 2015, Suzi founded Strongoak Investments Limited, investing in both residential and commercial properties, and providing consultancy for developers and investors.

She also leads The Commercial Property Academy, mentoring investors on achieving high returns from commercial property, and has recently established The Board to accelerate investor success.

Simon Zutshi, experienced investor, successful entrepreneur and best-selling author, is widely recognised as one of the top wealth creation strategists in the UK. Having started to invest in property in 1995, he went on to become financially independent by the age of 32.
