Paul Shamplina, Founder of Landlord Action
Paul Shamplina has over 25 years of experience helping landlords with problem tenants.
In 1999, he founded Landlord Action, providing fixed-fee property recovery and tenant eviction services across England and Wales, regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Paul sits on the Advisory Council for The Property Redress Scheme and became a Brand Ambassador for Hamilton Fraser in 2016. He advocates strongly for improved standards in the private rented sector.
He provided evidence to a Parliamentary Group on retaliatory evictions (Deregulation Act 2015) and co-authored “The Landlord’s Friend” with Kate Faulkner, releasing an updated edition in 2018.
