A few years ago, Lee made the bold decision to remortgage his family home, transforming £100,000 into almost £2 million worth of property and land through momentum investing and NMLI deals. Rhett Brewer is well known as the face of the Property Filter online seminars. He began his professional property journey four years ago after leaving a corporate role during COVID with a clear aim to build passive income. He has since grown a portfolio of around fifty high-end HMO and flat units. Although based in the Southeast, his portfolio is in the Midlands, which meant developing strong systems, teams and processes to scale remotely.

Simon Zutshi is a Birmingham based investor who has been a pioneer in the property education industry for over two decades.

He started investing in property in 1995 by renting out two of the rooms in his home, he went on to quit his professional career at Cadbury’s in 2001, thanks to the income from his growing property portfolio, and by 2003 he had completely replaced his former salary at Cadbury’s.
