Simon Zutshi is joined by ex-student Stuart Scott to talk about his Property Success as a result of 12 Months on Simon’s Property Mastermind.

Based in Brighton, Stuart talks through his background of buying and selling companies, prior to beginning his Property Training with Simon. Stuart explains how he was already making money from Property Flipping but realized there were so many more Property Investing Strategies he could be utilizing with UK Property.

Stuart’s main Property Strategy became HMO Property Investing / High End Houses of Multiple Occupancy, and pioneering Co Living in the UK. To showcase his Luxury Co Living success, Stuart shares details about his Commercial to Co Living Conversion, a 8 Bed HMO Property.

Despite facing a key issue with a ‘Title Restriction’ at first, this HMO Conversion became a great site, which was also Below Market Value due to it being a Cash Purchase. Stuart’s High End Co Living project was purchased for £240k and now achieves an impressive £24,691 pa.

Simon summarizes why we should consider High End HMO’s, highlighting how a higher quality of accommodation will attract better Property Tenants and you will also achieve more rental income with less voids.
