Based in Brighton, Stuart talks through his background of buying and selling companies, prior to beginning his Property Training with Simon. Stuart’s main Property Strategy became HMO Property Investing / High End Houses of Multiple Occupancy, and pioneering Co Living in the UK. To showcase his Luxury Co Living success, Stuart shares details about his Commercial to Co Living Conversion, a 8 Bed HMO Property.

Despite facing a key issue with a ‘Title Restriction’ at first, this HMO Conversion became a great site, which was also Below Market Value due to it being a Cash Purchase. Stuart’s High End Co Living project was purchased for £240k and now achieves an impressive £24,691 pa.

Simon summarizes why we should consider High End HMO’s, highlighting how a higher quality of accommodation will attract better Property Tenants and you will also achieve more rental income with less voids.
