Specialist in Supported living - Dillon Dhanesha

A successful social housing investor, entrepreneur, and international spiritual teacher, Dillon has built a multi-million-pound property portfolio focused on providing homes for vulnerable people. He also founded Europe’s only Gold Bullion Buying Club, helping everyday individuals gain access to physical gold ownership, and developed The M.O.N.E.Y Code, a neuro-yogic energy healing method designed to help people overcome scarcity-based beliefs and patterns around money.
Throughout his career, Dillon has shared stages with renowned spiritual figures, including Neale Donald Walsch, collaborated with Brian Tracy on a money mindset programme, and delivered one of the earliest TEDx talks in 2010. His experience also includes three years working with central banks and governments across Africa, and he has appeared on many of the UK's leading property and spirituality podcasts.
This unique combination of business success, social impact, and spiritual insight gives Dillon a distinctive perspective on wealth, investment, and purpose.
In this thought-provoking and engaging presentation, Dillon explores how social housing can create a powerful triple-bottom-line impact—delivering financial returns, positive social outcomes, and lasting community benefit. His aim is to inspire both new and experienced investors to consider the opportunities available within this growing sector. There will also be time for a question and answer session with Dillon, so bring along any questions.
ALSO...Beyond the Colour Scheme - Adam Wale
Adam and his wife, Sammie founded Aben Interiors more than 3 years ago now after fellow investors came to them asking them to complete their investment property designs for them. Sammie went on to become professionally trained and they’ve not looked back since! They have worked on a large variety of projects, including owner occupier single room and whole house renovations, HMOs, SAs, and even commercial interiors including offices and childcare nursery setting.
Adam's presentation is about 5 key elements of interior design that you can utilise in your properties to maximise your profits. You’ll learn that:
- Utilising interior design principles in your properties can increase rents and end value of the property
- Doing so will likely attract tenants who will want to look after and respect your investment
- Finding out what the tenant demand is in your area and provide that in your spaces is vital
- You need to give the space you’re designing a function first
- Creating a mood board helps so much in the design process
- Planning the renovation as much as possible before obtaining quotes helps with budgeting
