Average Income, Exceptional Wealth: The Roadmap to Financial Success through the 3P's - Taimur Malik

When Taimur first started thinking about money seriously, he felt a bit lost. So many things out there—buy property, invest in stock market, open a pension… He didn’t know what was right or where to start. Maybe you feel that sometimes too?
After some years, Taimur found that keeping it simple is better. He now follows something he calls the 3Ps—Property, Passive Investments, and Progressive Planning. It’s not some big expert theory. Just a calm way to grow your money slowly, and hopefully, live with less stress. It’s not fast money. It’s more about feeling safe, having options, and not worrying all the time about the future.

One thing that really changed his thinking was a report by UK’s Office for National Statistics. It showed many wealthy people don’t only use property. That surprised him. He used to think that buying houses was the main path. But real wealth, he saw, comes from balance—mixing the right things together.

In this session, you will learn how these 3Ps work and how you can start your journey too—even if it’s small. You don’t need to be rich or perfect. You just need to begin.

I’ll share a few experiences from my own journey and talk about why we sometimes spot problems instead of opportunities, how valuations get influenced without us realising, and why a calmer mind genuinely helps you make clearer, better decisions.
 
What you will learn on the evening:

  • Why it can feel hard to start something new, even when you’re excited about it.
  • Simple hacks that help you keep moving in the right direction, especially when things get challenging.
  • How a few psychological phenomena can actually improve your valuations and decision-making, instead of letting your brain hold you back.
