Bristol Host

Jon and Ingrid Reynolds

Hello, we're wife and husband, Ingrid and Jon Reynolds, and we are proud to be hosting the monthly Bristol pin meetings held on the 2nd Thursday of the month. A very warm welcome to our pin community!

Ingrid’s story starts a long way from property. Trained as a nurse in Lithuania, she went on to earn a Bachelor degree in Public Administration and a Master's in Public Economics, before a corporate career in credit insurance. She moved to the UK in 2010 and later qualified as an ACCA accountant — a background that shapes how she invests today: careful due diligence, rigorous cash-flow modelling, and a refusal to let a deal's story outrun its numbers. Her focus is on mini-HMOs and supported living.

Jon's route into property came from a different direction entirely. With over 30 years developing businesses across the motor trade, construction, environmental and financial services, he found his way into energy assessment — qualifying as a Domestic Energy Assessor in 2013 and a Legionella Risk Assessor in 2015. Since then, he's lodged over 9,000 EPCs and carried out more than 1,000 Legionella risk assessments, giving him a working knowledge of property compliance few investors get to build first-hand.

We met in 2015 and quickly realised our skill sets were made to work together — Ingrida’s eye for a deal and the numbers behind it, Jon's grounding in compliance and building the network of like-minded people. Since October 2025 we have been sharpening our partnership further on the 12 month Property Mastermind programme with pin, while building our own portfolio around mini-HMOs and supported living.

Constantly investing in our own education and personal growth is as much a part of our approach as any spreadsheet or survey — and it's this mindset, as much as the deals themselves, that we are looking forward to bringing to the Bristol pin community.

We look forward to seeing you at our Bristol pin Meeting! Book now and bring your friend, partner or loved one with you.
