Mark Barrett

Having qualified in 1984, Mark's first directorship came at just 27 years old. By 29, he was Finance Director of a PLC and had overseen a flotation on the Third Market of the Stock Exchange.He subsequently held financial directorships across several sectors before founding RiverView Portfolio. As a property tax specialist and both a commercial and residential landlord, Mark combines decades of financial expertise with practical investment experience. Suzi Carter
Chartered Surveyor | Commercial Property Investor

Suzi Carter is a Chartered Surveyor, commercial property investor and one of the UK's leading educators in commercial property investment, with 30 years' experience in the sector.Her corporate career culminated as a Director at Landsec, where she was responsible for a shopping centre portfolio worth more than £2.7 billion. Since leaving the corporate world in 2015, Suzi has built her own multi-million-pound investment portfolio. Today, through The Commercial Property Academy, The Board and The Commercial Property Podcast, she helps private investors identify opportunities, manage risk and create value in commercial property.
