Kent pin host, Sarah Rapley, started investing in property 20+ years ago but only bought one single let flat. Along with her husband, Martin, they decided to invest in their education and joined Simon Zutshi's Property Mastermind Programme in 2013. Since then they have built a portfolio of Single Lets, HMO’s and completed commercial conversions as well as building a Refurbishment training and consultancy business.
