Kevin Dibben

Hi everyone, my name is Kevin Dibben and it's my pleasure to welcome you to the Dorset pin Meeting, which takes place on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.

My interest in property investment began after going through the process of buying my own property and also after discovering some of Simon Zutshi's YouTube videos, while investigating how to make extra streams of income. This all culminated in me then attending the 3-day Mastermind Accelerator Programme in April 2021 with my soon to be Father-in-Law and then recently completing the excellent Property Mastermind 32 training programme in 2023.

My interest is in creating high end HMO's that people can be proud to call home. This comes after experiencing the standard of some HMO's in both my years at university and early professional career.

I have always enjoyed helping people and it gives me great excitement as the Dorset pin host to be able to inspire and inform fellow property investors through our monthly guest speakers, who all bring a wealth of knowledge and experience with them.
