Hi, I am Casandra Daubney your host of the Milton Keynes pin Meeting held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.

I am a qualified corporate accountant with extensive experience leading and supporting major business transformation programmes, including managing financial oversight on projects with budgets of up to £5 billion.

Alongside my corporate career, I have built a growing property business and proudly describe myself as a "millionaire in training." Having completed Simon Zutshi Success in Life (SiL) and the 3 day Mastermind Accelerator programme I am now a member of Simon’s 12-month Mastermind Programme 39 where I continue to develop my property knowledge and network.

My first major property project involved transforming a loss-making HMO into a high-end six-bedroom, six-ensuite co-living property in Bedford, increasing annual profitability by around £20,000. I believe Bedford has exciting long-term growth potential, particularly with Universal Studios planned European resort opening nearby in 2031.

I have a particular passion for commercial-to-residential conversions, high-quality co-living developments, and serviced accommodation, combining strong financial analysis with a focus on creating profitable, sustainable investments.
