My name is Samantha Fox and I'm delighted to be the host of the Oxfordshire pin Meeting, held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month.

I'm a property investor and the founder of Foxwise Properties Ltd, a HMO property business that I set up in January 2025. Property is my full-time focus, whilst I continue to work part-time as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

My property journey began in 2010 when I bought my second home and kept my first to rent out. I then repeated the process, and I've been a landlord ever since.

Foxwise Properties focuses on HMO conversions, creating high-quality, well-managed shared homes, working in partnership with investors who fund the projects. We are currently delivering a 5-bedroom, 6-person HMO conversion in Gloucester, taking it from design and planning right through the build to tenanting the property. Nursing has given me a strong eye for detail, compliance and care, and I bring all three when creating homes for our tenants.

Having just completed Simon Zutshi's 12-month Property Mastermind Programme (MM38), It has sharpened my strategy, stretched my thinking and connected me with a group of driven, like-minded property entrepreneurs. It's that same spirit of learning and connection I want to bring to Oxfordshire pin.

Property investing can feel like a solo journey, but it doesn't have to be. Through my time as a pin Ambassador for Gloucestershire, and attending other local pin meetings, I've seen how the right room and the right conversations can change someone's direction completely, just as they did for me.
