HMO Energy Savings – Strategies to reduce your bills.  Anthony Cherry

We all want more to improve HMO profitability! Anthony Cherry will be sharing strategies that reduce the gas and electricity costs in HMO properties. Examples of cash savings from marginal gains that can help you maximise your profits. 
 
His talk will help HMO landlords avoid common mistakes and tackle popular myths regarding heating your rental properties. Rules and regulations regarding tenants rights and heating will also be covered. 

The topics he will be addressing will be the marginal gains if energy saving; cutting costs, cutting usage and cutting waste. Also covered will be; common mistakes, strategies to tackle condensation and how thermostats can save landlords time and money

Anthony is an experienced HMO landlord, entrepreneur and inventor. He has over 15 years experience in HMO management, Most recently he has invented the Time:o:stat HMO thermostat, designed to help reduce heating bills in HMO properties.

With over 20 years of experience in surveying residential properties, Paul brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Specialising in subsidence for 7 years, he has honed skills in identifying and addressing structural issues. Paul also spent 8 years with a main contractor, where he conducted initial surveys, pricing works, and coordinating trades to ensure successful project completion. During this time Paul also served as an approved surveyor for Helifix, designing innovative structural repair schemes.
