Creative Finance: The Tools, Not the Strategy - Mike Gregory
Most people walk past great property deals because they’re trying to force one approach to fit every situation. In reality, creative finance isn’t a strategy - it’s a toolkit. In this session, I’ll break down how tools like Purchase Lease Options (PLOs), Vendor Finance, Deferred Consideration and Private Investor funding actually work in the real world, and how we’ve used them to acquire properties with multiple income streams, add value, and recycle cash. This is about thinking differently, structuring smarter, and making deals stack when others say they don’t.

- Why creative finance tools (PLO, Vendor Finance, etc.) are just that – tools – and how to choose the right one for the deal
- Simple, real-world examples of how each structure works and when to use them
